SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

H2O Auto Detail Supply operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers and prospects who have opted in. Messages relate to our three service lines: (a) Mobile Detailer Setups, (b) H2O Detail Academy training classes, and (c) Wholesale detailing supplies. By providing your mobile number through our website forms, a signed quote, a point-of-sale intake, or verbal/written consent, you agree to the terms below.

2. Types of Messages You May Receive

• Appointment confirmations and reminders (Discovery Calls, training classes, equipment pickups, mobile rig deliveries).
• Quote follow-ups, deposit receipts, and order status updates.
• Replies to questions you submit via our website, email, or phone.
• Occasional promotional offers, class openings, new product drops, and wholesale specials — only if you opted in to marketing.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with us. Transactional messages (quotes, confirmations, order updates) are sent only in response to your activity. Marketing messages, if you opted in, are limited to no more than eight (8) messages per month.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. H2O Auto Detail Supply does not charge a fee to receive SMS messages; however, your carrier’s standard rates for text messaging and data will apply.

5. Opting Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send you. After you send the word STOP to us, we will send you an SMS confirming your unsubscribe. After this, you will not receive additional messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

6. Getting Help (HELP)

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at (626) 541-0140 or [email protected]. Our support hours are Monday–Friday 8am–6pm, Saturday 8am–4pm, and Sunday 8am–2pm Pacific Time.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, MetroPCS, and Google Fi) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in to our SMS program, you represent that you are the account holder or are authorized to opt in on behalf of the account holder, and that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you consent to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded marketing messages from H2O Auto Detail Supply at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP.

9. Privacy — Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and order fulfillment, is permitted. All other use categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Welcome to H2O Auto Detail Supply. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, messaging program, training, products, and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. What We Offer

• Mobile Detailer Setups: custom-built detailing rigs (vans, trucks, trailers), pressure-washer sales (Kränzle dealer), and on-site mechanical support.
• H2O Detail Academy: in-person detailing training classes at our Covina location.
• Wholesale and Retail Supplies: detailing chemicals, polishing compounds, equipment, and kits. Free shipping on qualifying wholesale orders over $250.

3. Eligibility / Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services, submit a form on our website, or opt in to receive SMS text messages from H2O Auto Detail Supply. By submitting your information, checking a consent box, or otherwise using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. • Custom Mobile Setup projects require a non-refundable deposit. Specific deposit terms are stated in your written quote.
• Training class seats are reserved on receipt of payment. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are included in your class confirmation.
• Wholesale accounts are subject to approval, minimum order terms, and resale documentation where applicable.

6. Payments

We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout or in your quote. Card and banking details are processed by third-party payment processors and are not stored by H2O.

7. Shipping and Returns

Shipping timelines, return windows, and warranty details are described on the product page, in your order confirmation, or in your signed quote. For custom equipment, consumables, or training enrollment, refund eligibility is described in the applicable quote or confirmation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on h2oautodetailsupply.com — including course materials, text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and downloads — is owned by H2O Auto Detail Supply or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
